A buyer said an item arrived broken, so I told them to send it back and I would send a refund.
The buyer escalated the case so I can longer talk with them.
Paypal sent me this “The buyer stated that the item was defective or not as described. Please be aware that due to consumer protection laws, PayPal cannot guarantee the return of your merchandise if the case is found in favor of the buyer. Your participation is essential to the claims process. If we don't receive a response from you before December 2, 2024, this case will be closed and decided in your buyer's favor.”
I have not received the item and the only response paypal lets me choose is “I’ve received the item”. Is there any way to actually talk to someone about this? There’s nowhere to leave any sort of comment that isn’t a pre chosen option like the “i’ve received the item” on the case.
