I had 3 open cases that were in dispute becase of the sendi ng party had filed a charge back for an unauthorized transaction inadvertently she doesn't even know how she did it but bottom line I had three open cases which weren't dispute and they wanted all kinds of records of my ID the bank account and social security and they wanted to verify everything and eventually those three cases were closed and I'm assuming resolved because right now I don't have any open cases and at one point my balance was zero now PayPal wants to charge me the $210 180 of that to 210 was the original amount that that had been charged back and 30 of it is dispute fees. How is it possible to have a negative balance with no open cases?
