I recently set up my bank account to send money to my cousin, the first withdrawal never went through so I re-entered the information and the money was transferred. I found out that PayPal tried to reconcile the first payment (that never deducted from my account) to the recipient because my bank apparently took too long to send the payment. Now I have a negative balance of $115 that I have to pay back to PayPal. I called customer service, not only was the guy sarcastic, he told me the first payment was deposited to my cousin’s account at a certain date/ time. Has anyone experienced this issue?
