I'm sorry to hear about your recent unrecognized transaction. I recommend reaching out to any family or friends who might have access to your account to see if they made a recent purchase. You might also be able to find more details by reviewing your recent email confirmations or the PayPal Activity page. If you discover it was through a previously authorized subscription, you can prevent further charges by following these steps on our Help Center.
If you do find that it was an unauthorized purchase, you can file a dispute through the Resolution Center. I also suggest resetting your password and security questions as well as enabling 2-Step Verification. For any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support.
