4 fraudulent transactions PayPal denied helping

gthw app limited there are 4 transactions on my account. I did not authorize this. Someone had accessed my account. I don't recognize this and it is for iPhone I have an android? I submitted a claim and got rejected said it's consistent with my purchases. But it isn't. PayPal won't help. I've changed my password and I'm afraid I'll h have to close my account cause PayPal won't help.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.'' If its in there then cancel it?
