I cancelled an order for a Warmool heater early October this year. I was sent an email saying that i would be refunded the full amount on the 7th October. I still haven't received it. I tried to get help from the resolution centre in PayPal, but they said they didn't deal with these complaints? So how do I get my money? Really frustrating .
