I put a dispute in for a product that was totally not as advertises. The seller said they would refund if i returned product . I sent product back at the cost of £15. Had a tracking number and uploaded receipt on to paypal dispute. On the 18/10 about 3 weeks after i sent item back i looked up Royal Mail tracking number and it said item delivered. So messaged paypal saying this . So I waited and waited and them got an email today stating i had lost the claim as not sufficient evidence that i had posted the item back. I dont get it put the tracking number and copy of the returns recept  inthe system and it will tell you it has been delivered and to the address that paypal provided. What is going on. I even claimed the £15 that it cost to post back from there returns ,which they would not have done if there was not proof that i had sent it back. So this company has my money and the goods. No where can i find anywhere to contact paypal no email address and the phone. Number rings then just cuts off . I am so angry and upset . So can paypal get m,y golds back then as they told me to post it back to them
