Dispute that is closed immediately after the seller responded

Hello there!
I've recently made a dispute but it was immediately closed after the seller responded without him providing a tracking/paypal reviewing it.
How do I re-open it?
and why was it closed right away after he responded? ( Like PayPal didn't review it/he didn't provide tracking)
and why I didn't receive any E-Mail messages that it was closed in his/my favour?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim before it timed out at 20 days and closed?

I didn't escalate no, I filed the dispute at 10/10/2022 and the seller replied at 10/10/2022 and the case was closed right away after he replied without me closing it - Didn't have no time to escalate as it was closed somehow after he replied -
What should I do? I contacted PayPal support already but they didn't respond back... and I'm a little bit worried 😢

Sounds odd, which dispute did you open? Was it for non receipt of item?
