My Account has been permanently limited for no reason (New Account)

I have received payments, overall 3 and when received 2nd one, I have been asked to verify statement and proof for that, but for 3rd one it did not want, and limited my account, after submit, it has automatically restricted my account for no reason. Could someone explain me why this happen?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
