Case open from months ago

I have a dispute case that was closed by my bank already however paypal never closed it. im not sure what to do as it says to contact my bank and after doing so they told me this case had been finished months ago when it was opened.

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent dispute through your bank and PayPal.  When we dispute a chargeback with the buyer's credit card issuer, the chargeback dispute process may take up to 75 calendar days. While the bank may refund or take other actions on the transaction prior to the 75 calendar days, it may take longer for the report to reach PayPal through the proper channels and close out or finalize the case in your PayPal account.
