Business

Hi Community,

I hope you're all well. I have a question regarding a situation that seems unfair. There are two identical businesses—mine and a competitor's. While my competitor has been operating for years without issues, our account is being blocked. This discrepancy raises concerns about potential monopoly practices.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience with similar situations or knows of any real cases. Where can one turn for assistance, and are there specific antimonopoly committees to contact? It feels unjust that one business can operate smoothly while another faces challenges.

Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @AndrewOF1

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear that your PayPal account was blocked. It sounds like your account was limited, and I'm sorry to hear that. You can learn some common reasons why limitations are placed on our Help Center here. If your account was permanently limited, it likely cannot be removed. However, you can request a second opinion by reaching out to Customer Support. If it was only a temporary limitation, please review this Help Center article for instructions on how to lift a limitation and this one for suggestions on documents.

I hope this information helps!
