Business account limited and need proof of business address but I'm just a digital artist freelancer

Hello! My business account was just limited and I need a proof of business address to access my account again. The problem is I am a digital artist freelancer who works at home. I don't really have a business and the documents also require the business address and my business' name visible. Is there a way I can just explain to paypal that I am a freelancer that works with digital products thus there are no documents I can submit?

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand how it may be a bit concerning when you're unable to provide the documentation being requested to resolve a limitation. Normally, if you're unable to provide the requested documentation, the limitation wouldn't be able to be lifted from your account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what other kind of documentation may be able to be provided to restore functionality to your account.
