Brainety fraud

UAB Rebilita using the name Brainety seems to be scamming many people including myself. Can PayPal do anything about this. PayPal is a big organisation with an influential boss and I'm surprised that this particular issue hasn't been addressed

I bought a subscription from Uab. I normally look them up 1st, but I didn't until afterwards. I emailed them immediately and asked them to cancel and refund me. They said they could do $50% just minutes after I bought it. I told them about all of the complaints I had read, then threatened to report them to PayPal, the BBB and put a negative review on Google(where I have 1.4 mil views). They canceled my subscription and refunded all my money within a few hours.

If you are in the US, contact your state attorney general.  When [removed] got a message from them, they refunded me in full.
