Alternative ID for account verification

Hi, I have been with PayPal since 2019 and I haven't encounter any problems with it.
However as for now, I receive an error when I transfer funds says that There's an Issue with my Account.
So when I tried to verify my account with my information which ask me a ID's that I didn't have.

Is there any alternative ID that I can use to verify the account except on those three?

I'm currently at Philippines.

If you're unable to provide the requested documentation to resolve a limitation, normally that account's functionality is unable to be restored. However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may potentially be available.
