PayPal are as bad as this scamming turd, Paypal are refusing to refund me even though they have seen the item i got was not the item I ordered, they have the transaction details and emails between me and the scammer... AND still they refuse to refund, even though it is in their policy under fruad...

Hi Everyone,

I've had some luck with this, 

I ordered a scooter put a claim in as it never arrived Paypal told me to deal with it and talk to the supplier.

this took for ever and paypal closed the claim .

 

Then I received a parcel from Zeaqikstore, it was a pock knife. this then opened the way for a new claim.

 

What everyone needs to do is call Paypal forget the emails they don't work Call them .

Paypal advise that a new claim could be submitted which I did over the phone

 

I advise I had tried to email the supplier with out any luck.

Paypal then made contact with the supplier

Paypal advise I needed to return the item by mail to the supplier for a full refund

When you do this, request that Paypal give you the mailing address and a email stating they will cover the cost of the return mail .

There will be a claim number and instructions on what you must do to make the claim with Paypal for the cost of the return mail.

Follow the instructions to the letter photos and everything they ask for.

 

If your like me and got a knife this cannot be sent back to china as its a banned item .

 

I'm now wait no Paypal to give me the finial lot of instructions so as i can get all my money back.

 

 

EVERYONE JUST CALL PAYPAL NO MORE EMAILS CALL THEM IT THE ONLY WAY TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT

Right new up date PayPal has done a flip and now want me to take the matter to the police to sort out. Ok I now Call for PayPal to be placed under investigation for supplying false and misleading information under the banking agreement. They will only look after the supplier and there is no such thing as buyer protection. Close PayPal down now.

Yep me too. Ordered an item on 3rd August. Got no information, no confirmation email. Item was never delivered. PayPal have closed my claim because zeaqikstore apparently provided tracking information that shows it was delivered. SCAM. Quite how PayPal haven't linked all of these complaints and realised it is a scam is beyond me. I shan't be using PayPal anymore, the bank would have given me charge back.

Upon reading other peoples comments i have realised that I did receive an item. A small wooden mannequin, about 2 inches high. There was no return address - the package just stated china. I bet this is what they sent me to me to make sure they could have tracking info. At the time I couldn't work out where it came from as it had no company name but I am sure this would have been from them. Clearly that is how the scam works. I will be contacting Paypal to complain about them still allowing this company to use their services when it is very clearly a scam - look at how many of us there are!!  I have already cancelled all of my PayPal regular payments and removed my card, they have lost my business.

I did the same, removed my credit cards from paypal and will never use it anymore!!

Hi

I couldn't believe how eager PayPal were to dismiss my claim !

I came to this site to help make people aware of this scam !

Isn't it comical ,how PayPal award badges when you make a comment on their website .but totally ignore the comments !

Vendor claimed that although they failed to send the correct item .it was no longer their problem and advised me to contact PayPal for compensation !
