In early August 2020, I ordered a 'Yoga Inverted Stand' (US$17 + postage US$10 = US$27 total) from TRWW.SITE (advertised in Facebook), was given a tracking code, then the site disappeared. The tracking code (from TRWW.SITE) didn't work and few months later, I found that the company resurfaced as Zeaqikstore. When I contacted Zeaqikstore in November, they gave me a new tracking code, only to realize that a 'Skipping Rope' I received in early October was meant to the the Yoga Inverted Stand. On PayPal website, Zeaqikstore encourages unsatisfied customers to contact them direct by e-mail, rather than through PayPal.
I made a mistake by contacting them direct by e-mail rather than through PayPal. Zeaqikstore refused to send me another Inverted Yoga Stool; and instead offered me 2 choices for a refund: 1. send back them Skipping Rope with tracking for full refund (amount not specified), or 2. Keep the Skipping Rope, and they would give me a 40% (eventually Zeaqikstore increased it to 50%) refund. It was a waste of time as Zeaqikstore would not commit on the amount of the refund being based on $17 or $27. They also played on my emotions by saying that they are a small company and would have incurred a loss on the transaction. In the end, I got fed up by stopping the e-mails, contact Zeaqikstore through PayPal instead, then eventually escalating the matter to PayPal investigations.
Zeaqikstore told PayPal they would compensate me $11 but I disagree. I felt that the Skipping Rope would not be worth more than $1 retail, plus postage, wouldn't cost more than $10 to Zeaqikstore. I was willing to accept $17 as compensation, which PayPal reimbursed me.
In hindsight, I should have asked for a higher amount of compensation, seeing that Zeaqikstore is doing this frequently, sending cheap incorrect items, and if forced to reimburse, Zeaqikstore is still making a profit.
PayPal should really prevent Zeaqikstore from using its platform as it appears that this is happening regularly! Zeaqikstore's excuse is that incorrect items are sent because of the Shipper's fault, but after reading this forum, I have a suspicion that this is done deliberately.

It looks like Zeaqikstore is deliberately sending cheap incorrect items to what was originally ordered. Zeaqikstore told me that it is the Shipper's fault, sending the incorrect item. If so, why is Zeaqikstore still using the same Shipper (when so many people have complained), and when we are asked to return product for investigation, it is to be sent back to the Shipper's address - meaning that Zeaqikstore and the Shipper may be the same person!
If we want compensation (amount may not include shipping fees originally paid), Zeaqikstore will ask for the item to be returned with tracking, with postage paid for by the customer. Most of us would not bother to pay exorbitant postage fees to return the cheap items. If you choose not to send back the item, Zeaqikstore tend to offer a 40-50% reimbursement (amount may not include shipping fees originally paid).
Eventually when Zeaqikstore is forced by PayPal to reimburse for their mistake, they make a partial repayment on what was originally paid, thus still making a profit in the process as products incorrectly sent (including shipping) would at 'cost' be so minimal to Zeaqikstore.
The address of the Shipper is <removed>

I have the same issue ! To be honest I don't understand why PP allow this to continue, looking at the complaints.
I ordered a solid state HDD - instead I received a cheap watch, probably worth about 3 USD, if that. Additionally, it wasn't working - either to it not having a battery or just being a cruddy item! (and I had to pay Swedish import duties!)
Currently they are offering me a partial refund of 12 USD - less than 1/3 of what I paid. They have, via a private message bypassing PP offered a 60% refund - providing I send back the item and pay postage!! Not responded to that just sticking to claiming via PP.
Clearly a scam. I'm not letting this one go...
