I have an ongoing complaint against zeaqikstore where they have declared content as a wrist watch valued to $20. Weight is 25g, witch is far to little when I ordered a SSD hard drive (weights around 50 g without package). Since the content according to custom declaration differs from the order I refuse to pay custom fee and the package will be returned to sender as refused. They offered a refund of $12 (of $29.99) through PP but tha should not cover the custom fee (SEK 119 ~$15). I should in that case pay around $30 for something of negligable value. In my complaint to PayPal there is pointed at the custom declaration either is faulty or else the product delivered don't match the order. I have had this type of dispute earlier and got full return pay of the amount payed through PayPal. Postnord makes a picture of the package available and the false declaration is clearly visible.  Note that I have not recieved a package or signed for it.

I had the same issue - except I had to pay import duties for a SSD, which wasn't an SSD, but a cheap watch that did not even work! My complaint is still being dealt with.

It seems to be that more people hav de same problem with zeaqikstore. They ordered a ssd en they received a 1$ watch. In my case reaction van zeaqistore came after I filed a complaint to Paypal. Only from that moment I received te trackingnumber en a while after the worhless watch.

OK the next step is that the pay back if I provide them with a tracking number. But since I didn't pay the custom duties the package will be returned as rejected. There is no reason for me to pay duties and return postage. There is no way for me to get those costs covered.

They send you something worthless and claim you signed for it. They offer full refund if you send it back which of course exceeds the value of the item you purchased. They play the rules of PayPal: have you received it - yes; have they offered a resolution - yes; however you do not get the actual item you purchased just some piece of worthless crap worth less than $1 and PayPal are compliant with this whole scam.

I didn't recieve this package since I could se a picture of the package when Postnord billed me for custom fee. Since i didn't pay the package is rejected and returned to sender. I don't get extra costs. This merchant has a number of "shops" at shoplaza including eleenonlinetrade which sent a "toothbrush" instead of a NVME disk. This was repaid by PayPal.

Ok now they claim that the merchandize is delivered using trace data. But the trace record is now updated with the information that the package will be returned to the sender. Since letters isn't traceable from Sweden to China the cost paying VAT, administration fee and postage be almost double the order value. Clearly a loss for me.  Waiting for the next step LOL.

Like I sayd before, guys, dont close the claim, just try contact over “message center” with Paypal assist and ask contact with any real people and give them your claim nr. and what is the real problem and link to this community(if I did it I dont known about it yet). I got all my money back eith postage cost without returning this **bleep** what they sended to me. After I got my money back Paypal closes the claim.

The merchant is using an e-mail account at gmail <removed> and runs several shops with the general aim to sell cheap products and deliver scrap.

Generally the shop is hosted by shoplazza.com. Domain names are registered with hidden contact information and any contact with the shop is impossible except by e-mail to a g-mail account. Sometimes there is a fake address in Canada or UK but normally there isn't any.

Whois data typically points to a province in China.

The standard declared value value is $20 and the content in the package migt be a "Wrist watch", "Toothbrush", "Desktop Stand" etc.

Even if the order is for several items the delivery is of 1 scrap item.
