Already told you that, you have to cancel any subscription set up with the company you took the subscription out with.

Then remove the regular subscription from your pre-approved payments.

yes you did, but I can't find who the payment was actually to as all I get is, paid to digital river ireland. Digital river island has not answered my request. Paypal say no fraud was involved so closed my query. How do I find who the payment was actually to so I can verify who I apparently owed money to? Up to now I have had good understandable dealings with paypai for 20 years, but now this new method is not very friendly to the customer imho

1. I told you in my first reply to you what companies linked with Digital River. If none of those were the company you were linked with then only DR can tell you which one it was.

2. I also told you that they were not a fraud but partnered with companies to provide subscriptions using Paypal as 'one' of their payment processors.

3. I then explained again that DR also use credit cards, debit cards and other companies than Paypal to accept payments.

4. I told you how to cancel any subscriptions and explained it was not a Paypal fraud as you had at some time enabled a subscription to be set up.

For some reason that makes me a Digital River customer services rep? err, ok, still getting my head around that one but whatever. 

So, you're welcome to all the advice, so glad I gave up my time to try and help you.
