I recently send money request to a customer. My request still said pending but the customer said he has accepted my request. Does it mean he is lying? Also I receive Paypal notification said I got estimate from this customer instead of acceptance for my money request. Please help, Thank you
Guess he is trying to scam you, they ask for a money request so that they have your email address to then send you fake payments ie estimates or fake paypal emails.
No funds in your paypal balance means you have NOT been paid.
