I made a payment to a person and he did not send me the products I ordered. he doesn't reply to my messages, he doesn't give my money back, he blocked me from everywhere. made me pay as a family friend, what can i do

Sorry to hear that you've not received your products after sending the payment to your friend. Please be informed that Friends and family payments are not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. Friends and family payment option is not for the purchase of goods or services from sellers and therefore cannot be disputed. If the payment was paid with your bank or card, you may want to reach out to your financial institution to seek other dispute options.

To avoid such issues in the future and to avail of PayPal's purchase protection, always send your payment as Goods & Service (instead of friends & Family). So if you have any issue with the transaction, you can dispute it with PayPal to get a refund if eligible.
