question about purchase from Shixi Network Technology Co., Ltd.
I just need to know if this company is reliable regarding their products and the purchases in general.
I selected a product & paid for it but, I don't have enough information about this company.

LOOKS AND SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THESE?
Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Advice is voluntary.

I ordered an item for Christmas, it still hasn't arrived. I don't trust these co's from Asia. but it is difficult to find out from where they come from until you get the package and the return address is in Chinese!!! They really need to fix this. Don't buy from them!!!! Just my observation and experience.

Hello Tyler I never did receive the item. As yet. Very disappointed... they items that come from China are not very good but this one was advertised so much and stated, "Christmas Item/quantity limited" NOT FAIR

No , I did not receive not a confirmation. I feel with the comments I read Pay Pal should have red flagged this payee. I’m very frustrated and disappointed .
