this person ask me to do some programs in order to receive the payment He asked me to pay $30.. and he said his paying me via Paypal Business that's why I need to pay. my question is Do I need to pay to receive the money does pending money show on my account. please help

The person is scamming you. PayPal does not require you to pay/send money in order to show payment in your account. PayPal automatically deducts their fees from sent payments. Pending money shows in your account, too.

Yes they have provided you with a fake receipt, they can be easily made on your own as long as the template to do so is floating around the net. They are attempting to scam you sweetie. Don't fall for it. Pp NEVER asks you to pay to receive money, they will automatically deduct any fees needed or owed to them.
