paypal charge account after dispute was approved

Hello!

I had a dispute with a seller and he approved my refund and I've received my Monet to my bank account.

2 weeks after I've received the money PayPal has charged my account for the same amount as the refund since I didn't provided them a paper- even thou I did and the seller agreed to my refund.

I can't open a new claim- what can I do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
