please correct my profile. I paid 250$ and 500$ to paypal and an error entered the system for the 500$ gift card! I have no more money in my tray, my total earnings are $750. Which should have been enough to activate it. But they still haven't activated my account and I haven't even received the money they sent me. I sold a room on ebay and I'm expecting $200, please help

So was it a payment you sent?

How did you send it ie which paypal option?

Was it a payment received?

Does it show in your balance?

Or was it an invoice sent or received?

where can I send a picture to prove the transactions? or who can I contact? I've been in a panic for several days now. and now you scare me even more. I sent the $549 via paypal, but the other one is only a bank transfer.

I asked ''how'' you sent it ie goods/services or friends/family but if you don't want my advice anymore which is that paypal NEVER tell you to send money as a seller to receive funds then feel free to contact customer services.

I can only tell you the truth and that is you have been the victim of a common scam.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Are you saying scammers scammed you? Okay, I believe you.

But please also explain why I can't see the product sold on ebay on the invoice? Although ebay says that it is referring to my paypal account, but nowhere.

I received a separate email from ebay, so is it all a scam?
