paid invoice without my shipipng address

i paid invoice that doesnt have my shipping address , i gave my shipping address via phone call to the seller ( same as my paypal shipping address), im a still covered by buyer protection if anything goes wrong ???

Seller is supposed to ship to the shipping address in the transaction details in order to get Seller protection. You should have been able to add or select a shipping address during checkout unless the seller deliberately unchecked the “Items will be shipped” box so that shipping address is not entered in the invoice, nor to be given at checkout indicating a service or digital product transaction is being conducted. It’s also very suspicious that you had to provide shipping address by phone so there’s no online documentation of this. I hope you paid with a credit card as an extra layer of protection because the seller is potentially trying to negate your buyer protection or make it seem you are purchasing a service or digital product that don’t need shipping. Just all around making disputing the transaction more difficult via PayPal. Not as straightforward.
