- Last week I placed an order and paid using PayPal, the order never returned to the order page to complete the transaction. The address on the resulting invoice ends in <removed>. Have emailed the seller several times, no response. I am concerned that this is a scam.

I would say this is a scam. Purchased some rims and was sent a sticker. I filed a dispute and Paypal said I would get a full refund if I sent back the sticker. The return address on the shipping label was California, but the vendor wanted to sticker shipped back to china. I explained to Paypal that I was willing to send the sticker to CA, but not china. I also showed Paypal that nothing was stated in the vendors return policy that items would need to be sent back to china. Paypal then gave me my credit without having to return the sticker. Thank you Paypal.

I wish I saw this thread earlier. I thought I was ordering a Willow Tree Nativity set. What arrived was a cheap knockoff set with felt, yes felt trees. I contacted the seller and was told the set I received was pretty and therefor I should keep it. I just opened a claim with PayPal. I can’t believe with all these complaints they still support this company.

Same here: I ordered a tent and received a tiny envelope with cheap earrings.
Didn't immediately realize what happened, as nobody would send me something that odd.
Not until I checked on my tent and it showed as delivered... with the tracking number of the earrings.
They are intentionally set up as scam, since that clearly was no accident.
No email confirmation and the website link no longer works.
They buy lightweight crap cheaply and mail it out in hopes that by providing a tracking number, the scammed recipient's claims get denied.
I filed my claim today. Trying hard to find the original website to turn them in to BBB as well.

Yes they are. PayPal still accepts all orders for them. Do not look for a refund. The tracking number they use satisfied PayPal that the delivered what you ordered. I had ordered a $175 item only to receive a nylon trinket bracelet for my money. I no longer use PayPal as I am not sure I will not get **bleep** once again. I hope you have better luck than I had.

Yes, same here. They did not send me the item I ordered, but a cheap watch with a tracking number, and because they provided a tracking number to Paypal, I did not get a refund.
