having a problem with PayPal and the $600 and over service

i got paid for $640 for a good and service and PayPal is asking me for info I'm not 18 and I don't have a id my mom nor dad wont let me use his if anybody can help it would be really thankful.

You can’t use your parent’s IDs anyway because their names are not on the PayPal account. You as account owner must supply your ID. If you cannot provide ID, write a note explaining that you are a minor, pdf it and upload. The account will be banned and you’ll have to wait 180 days to withdraw.
