Grrr!  Awoke at 5am on a Sunday morning and was scrolling FB when an ad for Keens popped up.  Groggy self was taken in and ordered 4pr to get the free shippping.  I used Paypal for the supposed protection, then back to sleep.  When I awoke for real and brain kicked in, I immediately attempted to email the seller and I reached out to Paypal.  They're denying the claim because the seller sent "proof" of shipment.  They sent the USPS tracking number... Supposedly picked up by shipping partner Amazon at 5:53am on Sunday and delivered on Monday at 6:42 pm.  So Facebook, Paypal, and Amazon are all enabling this scam.  What should I do next?  I'm really angry and frustrated!!

I'm sorry you got ripped off!  It appears Facebook sells ads with no vetting and Paypal allows anyone to open an account and pretend to be a legitimate business.  I'm not aware of this Keen scam hitting Amazon, but I did get an email today which outlines a new policy, so consumers are really on their own when it comes to protection from scammers.

Amazon's new policy:

One of our updates involves how disputes are resolved between you and Amazon. Previously, our Conditions of Use set out an arbitration process for those disputes. Our updated Conditions of Use provides for dispute resolution by the courts.
