I post auction/bidding on facebook. A buyer won and paid. we agreed to hold the items until they have sufficient items to save on shipping cost. they continue to bid and win, but decided to hold off payment until we can ship.
fast forward to today, buyer no longer respond. If they file for dispute, will saying that they have unpaid product make me win the case? or should I ship the paid products and charge it to experience that I let them win bids without payments?

No. You can’t have both money and the goods.
You already spent the money they paid?
Why not cancel their orders and refund, then list for sale again to sell to someone who really wants to buy.
Another option is to hold on to the money and items until you hear back from the buyer with further instructions…if after 180 days (or longer, the better) you do not hear back from buyer, it’s yours to do with as you please.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
