an email that is not mine appears every time I send money

hello, recently I had this problem that when I send money or pay an invoice an email that is not mine and that I did NOT register in my account appears to be sending the money and is noted as "Paid by", I tried too google solutions for this but could not find anything I also searched what this "loopsnow" email was but it's not even an active domain, I don't know what to do.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're seeing an unrecognized email address on your receipts. Have you noticed any other unrecognized / unauthorized activity on your account? If so, I'd recommend reporting any and all of that kind of activity through our Resolution Center. I'd also recommend Removing the email address you do not recognize through your profile settings.
