Funds were taken from me without authorisation (it said pay how much you want to, so I said £0.00 thinking it might let me have the download for free, and then it went through on Paypal and took £50 ish without at any point telling me the amount). I raised a dispute for bipelling amount, but it got closed as being the wrong dispute type. Having raised one dispute on that payment, I now can't raise another under the correct ty, but I also can't dispute the outcome. I really want to get my money back - I didn't authorise it. Any ideas? I feel like I got lost in the system a bit. Thanks in advance.
