Automatic payments to the Globe and Mail. I have asked numerous times to cancel my subscription, to PayPal to stop payment, and to the Globe and Mail, and yet I am still being charged.
why cant PayPal manage this type of issue in the Resolution Center this is the message I get , that this type of issue can’t be resolved, and I can’t even get to go further to escalate to a claim

Check your account at merchant website about how to cancel order, otherwise, at PayPal account, go to Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments
