Varify PayPal Account

Hello, last few days ago I opened a PayPal business account. I receive some money and payment few market places. Today I saw my account restricted and tell me verification. It's no problem. I will verify my account. But PayPal wants to confirm credit card details. I don't understand. I don't connect any credit card to my Paypal account. How can I solve this problem?
