I need help with an error I keeping getting every time I try to change my password on my main

Every time I try to reset my password, I get an error message "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it was you". My account got hacked not too long ago but I never got a chance to reset my password because of this error.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account. I know this must be frustrating. To get this sorted, please go to 'Contact', and then click on 'Password issues'. There you will be able to contact our customer support without logging in.
