Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear you have some unrecognized activity on your account. Was this just an invoice you didn't expect to receive? If so, you may have the option to Cancel the invoice.
If the transaction has completed, I would recommend reporting any unauthorized activity through our Resolution Center. Here's some steps on how to report that activity if you need to: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
