Aug. 16 I bought a crow lamp, the site was called efcvl.site. PayPal paid the company called Unilone Trade Company. EFCVL.SITE has now disappear, but has reopened as TPJVZ.SITE selling once again bargains up to 80% off. The tracking # doesn't show up, but they keep sending emails telling me to be patience it's in the mail. I now have contact with them through PayPal. I know I've been scammed, but why they keep contacting me, it's like a game to them ... I have till Sept, 16 to carry on with my claim, but PayPal wants me to work things out with the buyer first. I fell like a fool, it wasn't too expensive, but I live on a Disability and can't afford to just move on ... **bleep** off. Here's a link to their new site ...<removed>

I finally got reimbursed by Paypal, but had to file a report to the government agency etc. and a bunch back and forth proof emails.

Suggestion: KEEP the original package with the return address etc. You don't have to send back to China o whatever , the return address is a Local Company in CA ( at least mine) named Ruan.

I sent a pics of the package with all the infos and the pic of the little dog /cat napkin/shirt that was inside,  

I still don't understand why Paypal doesn't block ALL the transaction from this company.

Anyway don't let this scammer keep your money !

Which government site did you complain to?

I am in Australia and am thinking of making a complaint. I have lodge this with an investigative TV program too - if nothing else it is topical coming up to Xmas and I'd like other people not to be scammed.

VonWhit, I raised a case with the AAAC’s scamwatch. I also emailed auexecutiveescalations at paypal dot com I already got refunded but im not stopping until these scammers are shut.

I had the same problem sent back tracked and signed sent email with photo of package through PayPal and they said they would refund my money, they said would I not take the next steps, whatever they mean by that anyway after all the running around I got my refund and claimed postage back through paypal keep going you will get your money back so don't give up 🤞

Also when I track the package it has not been delivered as there is no-one there to receive it so don't know why they want it back when cannot be delivered

Sorry to say, but this is TOTALY SCAM. I got a stupid 3 inches wood useless tricket instead. Now they are saying my option is to send it back to China ($$$) or get a 50% refund. SCAM artists !

Ordered a cat cave from Unilone on facebook.  They sent a small, empty plastic mailing envelope so they could have a record of something being delivered.  They say I have to return the item I ordered to get a refund which will not include a refund for postage spent. When I write them to day I never received the cat cave, they tell me that it was delivered.  That's their scam.  They mail you a piece of junk or an empty envelope to have a receipt that they filled the order, but it is a scam.  I don't understand why Paypal works with them.  Still waiting weeks for Paypal to do something.  It may be time to file a complaint with the post office for mail fraud, abetted by Paypal.

Ask for your refund before u get toothbrushes instead the lamp And then u have to send back under ur expenses to you to get the money back

It is a scam, I did order a pair of dumbels over 3 months ago. I did not receive it and got only one email asking me to wait. They never answered again. 

Any way of claiming the money back ?

Important... PayPal have investigated them now and they will be banned so I have now got a full refund, for those in the UK, the consumer rights acts protects you, if the item was not what you ordered Unilone must pay the postage or provide a pre paid label this is law its not a cost you have to bear, however you should effectively get your refunds now as they realised what they have been doing, so please ask to get a full refund, I was lucky I located where they stole the item pictures from and stupidly its a sole trader who onlyakes them to order or single items, so there be the scam, I let her know they stole her intellectual rights and she could sue them, having said that it will be a group of China scammers with no life, no identity just lots of our money, and I think if they catch them, it will be their life they risked, happy refunds everyone xx mention this and the consumer rights act xx
