Unauthorized automatic payments Atom Tickets

Unauthorized automatic payments showed up from a vendor, Atom Tickets, I have never used! 2 duplicate amounts on 10/31 and a third "payment" on 11/8. I have MFA set up-HOW can this happen?

We stopped using our PayPal and removed all cards. PayPal is supposed to be secure, but they are ignoring obvious fraud.

I had a fraudulent charge appear for Atom Tickets but not from my PayPal account but instead on my credit card attached to my PayPal account. Not sure if PayPal couldn’t had any involvement in the fraud but this was one of the only forums I could find related to the issue associated with Atom Tickets.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into an unrecognized transaction from Atom Tickets. If the transaction was through a PayPal you operated, we'd recommend reporting it through our Resolution Center. However, since it sounds like this was directly through your credit card, we'd recommend reaching out to them to see what options are available.

Unfortunately reporting it through your "resolution center" was completely unhelpful, and they let the fraud continue. Even giving the fraudulent atom tickets are credit card info so they could continue running charges in a different state. 🙄
