Unauthorised payment

Last night I had a payment of $102.89 come out of my account. I lodged a complaint instantly with PayPal but it got refused. I have emailed and messaged the person who received the funds with no answer. I did not buy anything or authorise any payment. I have searched all emails etc to see if I could find who this person was or what they were selling with no luck. What else can I try to get back the money?

I am sorry to hear your dispute has been denied. To accept an unauthorized dispute, we must be able to see sufficient evidence of unauthorized activity on your PayPal account.
