Unauthorised payment from Just Eats

Hi there,

Someone managed to hack into my PayPal account and make a Just Eats order. On the information on PayPal, it shows the persons name and address (as well as what was ordered on Just Eats). None of those details are mine. I spoke to my bank that mentioned there was a recent data leak with PayPal.

I've never encountered this before using PayPal - when I go to report a problem, it says I cannot file a claim on the specific transaction. What is the solution here to get my funds that I have not authorised?

i have the same issue with u and Commerzebank customer service can't help me because they don't speak English, they told me to contact them tomorrow at 8:00 AM. I am so worrying now
