Unable to accept resolution in PayPal resolution centre. Says something went wrong.

Hello, I tried to receive a refund for a product I didn't receive as described and the seller agreed to a 50% refund. When I am clicking on accept, PayPal takes me to "something went wrong on our side" page. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks & Kindest Regards
