Transaction number

Hello, a person claims that send me money but I didn’t receive a payment. I even have her transaction number but to my account no money. How can I solve that?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! Sorry to hear there's been some confusion receiving a recent payment. Do you see the transaction in your PayPal Activity? If not, you may still need to confirm your email address.

If you've confirmed your email address and you still do not see the transaction in your PayPal Activity, you may want to review the notifications you've received to make sure they're actually from PayPal.
