Tax Form 1099-K Unauthorized

I was sent a Tax Form 1099-K, but I found out that one of the tax forms includes an account that does not belong to me, but is under my name, SSN, and address? I’m not sure what to go about it? Obviously I tried contacting PayPal support service, but it’s too late, so it won’t go through.
