Hello all. I've just sold a van to a buyer who paid part cash and then the remaining amount to be transferred via PayPal. They took the van and now, low and behold, the have raised a dispute so the funds are being held by PayPal. I've read that PayPal does not cover selling/buying vehicles so where would this leave me? I had a feeling this would happen and see it as a tactic to reduce the purchase price
