Since I don't have access to my old credit card, how can I resolve my limitation?

There were fraudulent transactions on my paypal/credit card. So, I asked the credit card company to issue me another credit card. And then my old credit card company merged with another company. Days have passed and unknown to my knowledge, my paypal has a limitation without checking my it and I have no longer access to my old credit card info or details. In short, I wont be able to see my statement. But, paypal is asking about my old credit card statement to review my issue and lift the limitation. I kept contacting paypal. No response in my email. If I call them nobody is answering. What do I do now?

There are still $14.50 in there and I want to transfer to my bank so that I can just start all over again. Thing is, there is a limit of $15 to transfer the amount to my bank. OMG!!

I need your help what to do??

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

First, speak with your card issuer about accessing a statement that PayPal needs. Hopefully during the merger transition they can still get you a previous statement somehow. When companies merge, they notify you & give a grace period to download your statements from the old account online before the online accounts are transitioned to new company so you should check with them.

If you really can’t get a statement, write a note explaining the situation about your card issuer, pdf it and upload to the cc statement request.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
