I had my account open and never used it! My son borrowed my phone for 5 mins and the next time I checked my account I had $300 put into my account and then taken off and my account was permantly limited I tried to find out why and I tried explaining that it wasn't me who did this, but they just say that I am responsible for the activity and nothing else but silence. I have tried calling, emails, and resolution center and still nothing what can I do to have a legal usable account again?
