Message Center Questions Keep Missing

I've been trying to contact with paypal through message center since Friday. All my messages disappere from the message center. I don't receive any answer from the bot also. When I write that I need more help, it's just silence. No answer. And next time when I visit message center, there is no my message here.  It's the problem with Paypal or with my account? I how I can fix it? I need some help from the customer service manager.

PayPal wants to generate money without any efforts. This simple!
If you ask seller to refund: they will collect their commission from your refund. They charged me 45$ for refund of 995$ and telling me this is Echange rate.. this is for a single day for a currency that tighten to USD which mean the rate is constant since 30 years
