Exactly! I'm so ticked off with paypal for allowing this company to collect from them and I'm being told via the website that I cannot dispute this transaction. I ordered shoes and they are so cheap and ugly, nothing like the advertisement! Worse is that they used a brand name in their advertisement so I really thought this was a legit company! Didn't even realize this item was coming from China until it arrived!!!!! Shame on PAYPAL for not protecting consumers!

I placed an order with this dodgy Chinese company and they sent a product which was nothing like what I ordered.
Followed up with paypal and they provide instruction on the return goods process.
I returned the product in accordance with Paypal instructions and incurred postage of $52.
the seller didn't accept the return product( never used and in original packaging) and now paypal won't reimburse the postage as they previously said they would ( up to $45) .
I've reported paypal to the ACCC and considering getting numbers to launch a class action against paypal.

am about to submit a similar PayPal dispute but have not yet posted the goods back, as another purchase complaint I had previously had difficulties with warned me not to return the goods at all... for the same reasons that you stated.
I have had three disputed transactions in a few months and purchases were all from China. The highest amount was for $226.59USD and in my Australian $$$ was well over $300. I am praying that Dispute works out as I had all possible proof, order numbers and postal details and pics of the item. PayPal advised yesterday not to post the goods back, that I had been quoted $118 to do, from AustPost.
Another transaction resulted in no item at all arriving...and no email address and website that worked.
The final transaction is for this company here for a battery powered wood cutter that arrived as a CHAIN. I have the postal details and the original postbag etc but that is all I have got.
Wish me luck. If I get no help from PayPal then I would be interested in making a joint complaint. I do sympathize with PayPal....but then I also sympathize with consumers and perhaps PayPal should have a list of "blocked traders" in future?

I ordered the chainsaw, mini circular saw, and wood cutter. Got an email saying shipped from China, but never “found” by tracking number. Now the emails sent to the address given are not able to be delivered. The order was placed (and paid) 4 months ago! This company is a big scam.
