I had ordered from the above company some Ramones figures, like little dolls and at first I did not have any reply from them .You see I paid them through PayPal , I went to the resolution center and reported the transaction. I got an answer from them that said that they are sorry and they are sending my order. Meanwhile the resolution center closed the case and my order arrived today. The products that arrived are some silly little dolls simply not the ones I ordered. These cost barely 5 Euros at local Chinese shops. I paid over 80 and I can't contact them because the case is closed. Any ideas???

Contact customer service to request change of your case to Significantly not as described. Be sure to reference your case ID number.

  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes
  4. Click Dispute a payment
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.

The exact same thing happened to me last month. PayPal does not give me solutions because they have closed my claim. It's amazing and outrageous how PayPal allows these types of sellers
