I placed an order with this dodgy Chinese company and they sent a product which was nothing like what I ordered. Followed up with paypal and they provide instruction on the return goods process. I returned the product in accordance with Paypal instructions and incurred postage of $52. the seller didn't accept the return product( never used and in original packaging) and now paypal won't reimburse the postage as they previously said they would ( up to $45) . I've reported paypal to the ACCC and considering getting numbers to launch a class action against paypal.   ... View more

i had exactly the same problem. Paypal are just an agent for ripping off people with shipping scams with dodgy Chinese.  Given the poorly named 'Customer support" doesn't answer the phone I have reported the behaviour to the ACCC.     ... View more
