I payed someone money for a bag, but he cant get the money because I got to confirm that i got the package, wich i did, it arrived on the first of april but i cant confirm it anywhere that i got the package. The seller did put the status of the package in the paypal transaction, in there it still says that it was send but it doesnt update so i cant confirm that i got the package and unlock the money for the reciever.
If tracking does not prove delivery of the item OR it was not a virtual/digital sale where you can 'confirm' receipt then the seller may well have to wait for the full 21 days for the funds to be released.
